And guess what…I’m sure that the mainstream media will focus on the extreme heat that’s currently gripping eastern North America, including Montreal where I am!
Would the eastern states be heating up if that cold air probe in Montana and the NW USA not exist?
My guess is the heat is compression generated and won’t last long because the cold air in Montana will retreat.
I don’t remember anyone saying it’s hot because it’s cold or it’s cold because it’s hot when I was young. People had better sense in those days. They said it’s hot because it’s summer and it’s cold because it’s winter.
Those intelligent people are almost all dead and gone now. And what do we have to replace them…
Hi Deb, I got the results from my first large scale attempt to grow potatoes in a home environment. I’m convinced that with or without farms the world can be smothered by food production. I’m Sorry psychotic super predator Elites, you just can’t starve us out.
1. Eliminate all crawling insects easily
2. Reduce or eliminate weeding. In a survival scenario, it saves calories & body moisture by avoiding the need for weeding. When calories are hard to come by, don’t burn them weeding.
3. Your time in garden is more productively spent pruning, harvesting & adding amendments.
4. No bending over.
5. Keeps crops from washing away. Moderate flood resistants.
6. Keeps dogs from laying down and crushing crops.
7. Small fry high tunnel After adding a plastic cover some climate control is possible. Resistant to rain caused over watering, wind damage, frost & light hail damage. Extends your growing seasons.
8. Earth boxes take the guesswork out of watering.
9. Elimination of destruction by rabbits, moles, voles, armadillos. Maybe not deer, opossums rats cats and mice.
10. Chickens can walk underneath. So this can be built in a chicken run double dipping the space.

It seems to me that last year or the year before, you furnished a link to the source of a portable raised bed you were using for your potatoes. It was not a DIY job like this one, if my memory serves. I was hoping to get that link from you again.
I’m hoping to grow some herbs outside next to my door, but I’m not up to bending, stooping or building any more. I need to find something waist height that only needs a little assembly, preferably sturdy.
The raised bed I referred to does not sit on the ground. That’s why it’s portable. My back won’t let me bend over for the length of time it takes to garden.
I hope you didn’t get booted, but if you did, you had it coming.
I feel your pain, I got booted myself a few years back. If you can accept some advice, try to curb your obsessive nature and don’t always post comments that are contrary to the owner of the website.
Try to be more Christlike, and you will be a happier man overall. May God richly bless you! ✝️🧓🌸
I am in Ontario and we are getting lots of heat hype. I grew up in the late 40’s and 50’s and the summers were brutal for heat. No air-conditioning in those days. No mention of global warming in those days either.
So much for “kids just won’t know what snow is in Australia”and “snow is a thing of the past in Chile” LOL. Yes perhaps that will be all possible in 2 billion years from now, when astronomers predict the sun to approach the red giant stage. But not in our lifetimes.
Agronomist Ronaldo Coutinho, from Climaterra, warns:
👉 A severe polar air mass is expected to arrive this weekend, bringing negative temperatures to more than 1,000 cities in Brazil! 🌬️🥶
🌡️ Get ready for one of the coldest periods of the year — it will freeze even your thoughts!

But thanks for trying. 😊🧓🌻🌻🌻
For a while they said it was cold in Summer and Winter because Tambora erupted and from low solar cycles.

And soon another polar mass will beat us. No snow, but very, very cold for our region. With -10°C or colder in the high mountains.
In the next few days we’ll be some records, I think.
Thank God we seem to have seen the back of Irk Pitt.
Well done Cap if you booted him. It could save your site.
